Most important meal of the day

Jeff and I were discussing our usual breakfast routines lately. I can't miss breakfast now a days and his tend to be a bit... creative. After having this chat, this is the email I received from him the other day while I was at work:

"A hearty breakfast of spaghetti carbonara & an ice cream sandwich. Will you still love me when I have to get a pacemaker?"

and no, he's not embellishing...
